The hotel follows the chain's standard, so you'll find exactly what you expect. Spacious room, quality bed linen and towels, good shower. The reception staff is very kind and welcoming, the only thing the hotel lacks is breakfast, which is really below expectations.

We flew in late. I made a mistake on the pick up point for the hotel shuttle. The hotel person on the phone and on messenger was helpful and still came thru with a ride. This is a modern, spacious, comfortable hotel a few minutes drive from the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle from the airport, you need to call and book it. This was the nicest hotel we found in South America.
