It really was bad. I couldn’t stay there. The room smelled of smoke, the decor needed some serious updating, there was mould in the tub, slow Internet & garbage left outside. It was clearly a weekly rental for people down on their luck. I didn’t feel safe. The desk attendant was kind and understood my decision to leave.

Key did not work in the door. Non-smoking room smelt like stale smoke - had to open windows and even that did not help. Old furniture and carpet. When iwent to check out in the morning there was a note on the door saying “back at 9:30 am”!

Reception was prompt and friendly. The temperature was too hot and difficult to regulate. It was clean but could do with updated plumbing. Cable TV was basic only and I couldn't watch the Blue Jays! For the price and our purpose ( day surgery at the hospital) it adequately met our needs.

There were no Kleenex at all and only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper so I had to go out and buy some. Other than that, it was quiet and good value for the money. I would consider going back but will bring my own toilet paper and Kleenex.

A notre arrivé, le propriétaire de cet hôtel a annulé notre réservation car il estimait que nous n'avions pas payé assez chère sur Expedia. Il a ensuite voulu nous facturer presque le double. Ne sachant pas ou aller et étant loin de tout, on a négocier un prix entre les deux. C'est la première fois que je vois un établissement ne pas respecter une réservation et je déconseille tous de réserver cet hôtel. La chambre était correct sans plus mais de la bagarre a éclaté dans une chambre voisine. Il y a eu des cris et des allé-venus une bonne partie de la nuit.
