Cozy stay for a week
It was nice stay. Room was cozy, clean and have all the amenities. Quite near to MRT station and bus stops, so it was easy to move around. USP was that it is in UE square mall, so you dont have to go far for anything and can have a nice cup of coffee in cafes.

Perfect accommodations for 7 nights for work, convention, and holiday. Easy access to Fort Canning MRT Station. It was great having a full kitchen. The in-room clothes washer/dryer machine helped us get through hot, wet days. Their room cleaning service is 3x a week (for us, M, W, and F, and between 10:00 and 4:00). This includes replacing towels and removing rubbish. However, you need to place the "please clean" card on the door and place the "please change sheets" card on the bed. If you miss this window, no cleaning until the next scheduled day. They offer self-serve coffee via a machine on the lobby floor in the mornings. The pool is quite big for the size of the property. Surrounded by walls provided a lot of welcome shade. The 7-Eleven on the first floor of the building provided all the essentials needed to keep comfortable - food, drinks, and toiletries. I got ice cream more than once when returning after long, hot days.

This review is for the "Standard Apartment, 2 Bedrooms" room. Pros: Clean room and facilities. Comes furnished with basic kitchen and bathroom amenities. Bedrooms and living room have their own AC controllers. Friendly staff. Convenient location (located above a small mall with grocery store, pharmacy, 7-Eleven and several food options; short walk to metro; medical clinic close by). Parking available for a fee. Cons: One of the showers had a drainage issue that caused water to pool quickly. No AC in elevators. Occasional noise from adjacent building renovations. Wasn't able to get Netflix to work on the TV.

A Great Find
We liked: Very welcoming reception staff; special thanks to Vidaya, for all her help. Maps available at check in. Spacious modern apartment, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and furnishings. Modern equipped kitchen with utensils and an efficient washer dryer. A reasonable sized swimming pool is on the 5th floor, again spotlessly clean. A few minutes walk from Fort Canning MRT station and a short walk to Robertson Quay and Clarke Quay. There is an excellent supermarket on the 1st floor of the adjacent shopping centre and a 7/11 mini market on the ground floor. For a drink/snack, we loved the Sque Bar at Clark Quay Central, outside seating which overlooks the river. Things that could be better: For starters, let me say that we would be more than happy to return here and because the good bits were so good. The hotel is a little difficult to find, and with the refurbishment is currently only announced by temporary signage. Take the lift to the 5th floor to the welcoming reception area. The spotless bathroom looks great but needs a little tweaking. The shower curtain is inadequate for the bath design and the water is channelled from the back of the bath onto the bathroom floor. Housekeeping is every 2-3 days, which is fine, it is an apartment after all and the cleaner is excellent. But the "housekeeping rounds" commence at 9:00am. This is very early for a self catering establishment, particularly as many guest have travelled from different time zones.

Great business stay
I stayed at head suites for 19 nights on a business trip. Recently renovated rooms, all new appliances and furniture. Bed was extremely comfortable , rooms quiet and plenty of space to work from the suite. Good access to public transport and plenty of choice of nearby restaurants

I really loved the location of this property, walking distance to so many malls, food centers, transportation and view was spectacular. I would love if the rooms were renovated as they are in dire need of an update; especially the bathrooms. The tub was very old in style and quite high to get in and out of for a petite woman. There was also no bidet to be had and that too was disappointing. The carpet in bedroom was old and so too were the bedding and robes provided. If they renovate the rooms will definitely be back, not until then!

You must try this
A well managed and kept apartment type short term stay hotel. Very convenient to all types of transport - bus, MRT and taxi. The famous Clark Quay is just across the road. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have stayed there many times and is a home away from home.

The manager was very welcoming. When we arrived, she came down to the street level herself to help with the luggage. Was a really spacious apartment compared to the other one we were at before this. Even then things were not as expected the staff jumped to make things right! They even replaced the TV with a new one when the one in our room had poor sound quality. Would definitely recommend this as a place for someone staying for a while in singapore!
