Zu dem Preis tolerabel

aucch wenn die Coronapandemie Einschränkungen mit sich bringt, ist es nicht besonders kundenfreundlich, wenn die Rezeption nur sporadisch besetzt ist und nirgendwo eine Möglichkeit besteht das Personal zu erreichen. Zudem ist es fast schon frech, wenn man freien Parkplatz anbietet, aber weder eine Einweisung noch genügend Plätze vorhanden ist. Nur einen Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt zu bekommen ist kein Service

Worst Service Ever!!!!!

The checkin at the hotel was the worst ever. I arrived at 8pm. Checkin closes at 7pm. I had no warning of this. There was no after hours number, no service at all. I was left outside hotel in pouring thunder storm. I had to go find another hotel room for the night. When I talked to the manager about my situation he was quite belligerent. It was all my fault. He had absolutely no concern for the customer. Worst service ever!! I was travelling with a friend who is an experienced traveller. He said exactly the same thing, this was the worst service he had ever experienced. Don't go to this hotel. Much better hotels around which give better service. Ended up in the hotel Pensen for the night. The manager there could not do enough for us, and gave us his last room which he had reserved for a wedding the next day.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were what you would expect of a cheap hotel. They did not service our room or change the towels. Staff were smoking beside the front door so the foyer and hallway had a smoke smell. They advertised free wifi but could not get in our room. We came checkin at 8pm and it was pouring rain outside. We couldn’t get in and the after hours phone number did not work. It was along weekend and all other hotels were full. By 10pm we found one hotel who had gave us a room to share. We checked in at 8am the next morning and they told us off. Never have I been treated this badly by a hotel!

Das Hotel liegt an der Brunnenallee, der "Hauptstraße" zwischen Altstadt und Kurpark, die Lage ist somit super. Der Vorraum (Rezeption und Frühstücksbuffet) und ein Frühstücksraum sind wunderschön im 50er-Jahre-Stil gehalten. Die Qualität vom Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück wird ständig nachgefüllt, so dass auch die letzten Gäste die gleich gute Auswahl haben. Am Hotel habe ich ca. 10 Parkplätze im Freien gesehen, die bei meiner Ankunft am Nachmittag alle frei waren. An der Richard-Kirchner-Str. (Parallelstr. zur Brunnenallee) kann man meiner Meinung nach kostenlos parken. Die Parkplatzsituation ist somit gut. Das Internet ist nicht sonderlich schnell und fällt öfter mal aus.

Schon öfter in Bad Wildungen gewesen ,das Hotel Isabel war mir noch kein Begriff, aber ich wir kommen wieder ,zwar ist das Hotel schon etwas ins Alter gekommen aber freundlich sauber und das Frühstück war auch super, also ich kann nur der Preis stimmt auch .

Kleines Familienhotel in der Nähe des Bummelboulevards der Kurstadt. Ambiente im Stil der 50er/60er Jahre recht liebevoll arrangiert. Zimmer deutlich abgewohnt, - angesichts des Preises geht dies aber grade noch so. Parkplatz kann bei Vollbelegung nicht zugesichert werden, im öffentlichen Strassenraum mit Glück ist die eine oder andere Lücke zu finden. Frühstücksleistung ist gut, Service im Frühstücksraum aufmerksam und schnell. Als Basis für Wanderungen im Umland gut zu nutzen, da an Schlechtwettertagen die vielfältigen Restaurantangebote der Stadt gut nutzbar sind.

einfaches Hotel mit gutem Service

Ich war besonders von dem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet angetan und das mein Zimmer einen kleinen Balkon hatte. Für mich als Raucher sehr praktisch. Ansonsten ist das Hotel einfach aber sauber, liegt ruhig und zentral, bietet kostenfreie Parkplätze und auch meine späte Ankunft war trotz geschlossener Rezeption nach vorheriger Absprache kein Problem.

Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lobby und der Frühstücksraum wurden mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.
