TERRIBLE, WORST place to stay...
This is not a hotel, rather a roadside shelter which happens to be located in a prime location.
It is a building from 60's, with very old & rattling furniture. Bed is broken, Mattresses are out of their service lives, bathroom is big but useless without any amenities. No basic amenities available, ex: Iron-box for clothes ironing, Tea maker in room, proper lightings in rooms, room refrigerator available however was completely EMPTY etc. There were lot of mosquitos in the room & I had to ask them daily to spray mosquito repellent. Talk about health safety.
Their Breakfast buffet is laughable and tastes yuck, only 2 items on the offer, with 4-piece tasteless Tea/Coffer. And on top it all, this 2-item menu is FIXED, everyday. Kitchen timings are amazing, open only for 2-3 hours during meal times. Moreover their so-called restaurant is along side the reception, only partially separated by a glass wall. It looks like you are sitting in a roadside local Dhaba/Eatery. They have big refrigerators but all empty.
The whole place is stinking bad, always. Even the food has a strange stink. I ordered bread-butter and bread smelled like its been wrapped in a dirty cloth.
They only have 1 lift, that too is rattling & is unreliable.
The Staff, overall fine people, act like they own a 7-Star property, and were stubborn to agree to even small requests.
Don't go by photos, its just for show. This place is a strict NO-GO. I wouldn't even give them 1 Star, sorry but this is the reality.
