The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. We booked a vehicle from them to pick us up from the airport. The driver was late, but the receptionist helped us contact him. When we arrived, they already knew who we were. Whenever we asked questions or for help, they were very detailed. We had booked another vehicle to drive us to the airport in the evening. We had gone on a day trip that day, so the reception even WhatsApped me to confirm, see where we were and see if changes to arrangements need to be made.
The free breakfast area is a cute rooftop space. There is a variety of food to choose from. The servers there were also very friendly.
The hotel is quite clean. The room was spacious for my family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 preteen). The only thing is that the water pressure in the shower is too low.
