Second visit…

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and surprisingly quiet—perfect for a restful night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. The food offered a great variety and quality, and the location made us feel like we were in a postcard. I highly recommend it.

Great Resort! Fantastic Staff

We had a great stay at Mirage. Lisandro our butler was top notch, extremely responsive and handled anything we would need. Omar and Daysi at the pool bar were also fantastic and always had refills for us ready! Would highly recommend this resort!

Superbe hôtel

L’hôtel est magnifique et luxueux les gens sont aux petits soins, la nourriture est bonne avec de nombreux restaurants, de bons cocktails. En bord d’une magnifique plage.. (dommage qu il y a des sargasses Ils les ramassent le matin, donc privilégier ce créneau). Pas de chasses au transats, il y en avait largement assez! Très peu de français, beaucoup de canadiens et d’anglais.. par contre si vous ne parlez l’anglais ou l’espagnol cela sera peut être compliqué… 3 piscines une réservée qu’aux adultes, une mixte, et une avec des toboggans pour les enfants (peu profonds) ou les parents peuvent se poser ou les laisser sous surveillance à des animateurs. Il manquait juste un petit programme pour connaître les heures de stretching, aquagym… (peut être qu’il y en avait un mais je n’en n’ai pas eu connaissance) Bref j ai vraiment apprécié notre sejour Quelques points négatifs: - le petit déjeuner au buffet: le salé est très bon, par contre les viennoiseries et pain ne sont pas dignes d’un 5 étoiles - les magasins vendent dans le complexe tous la même chose et à des prix exorbitants (on n’a jamais trouvé une paire de tongs pour ma fille de 6 ans) - go majectic voyage : attention à l’excursion monkey, il y en a plusieurs. je pensais voir des singes du pays en liberté et je me suis retrouvée dans une ferme avec des singes de Colombie enfermés dans des sortes de baraques et qui ne voient pas un arbre et le ciel de leur vie… pour les dauphins idem exploitation de ces pauvres bêtes.

Beautiful vacation!

Our stay at Majestic was great!. The resort is very nice and clean. There are some signs of wear, especially in the rooms and the attention to detail is lacking for a 5 star resort. The room size and layout was amazing, however. We had a few hiccups on check in that had to be worked out and did not get into our room for 3 hours after arrival. It all worked out in the end with a great relaxing vacation. Staff was really nice, except, for some reason the restaurant waiters. They acted like they were being bothered to take our order. Our butler, Wilber, was awesome and even surprised us for our anniversary with a special room decoration. Food was mostly good, with the buffet being the least appealing. The daily beach barbeque was amazing and ended up being our lunch almost every day we were there. We did enjoy the spa and it was fantastic! The beach was picture perfect!

Beautiful resort, awful service

Hello, this was the worst vacation we have ever taken. I reported all of these events to multiple people including Jamie & Jose. Both state they are the managers of the hotel. It started when we checked in and Edith called me a Puta Loco. I was trying to check in my elderly parents and myself and Edith was so rude and impatient with us. Very unorganized. We then had broken glass in the pool which I cut myself on. On Saturday, we were due to check out but wanted to stay an extra day. I spoke to Obiedy that morning and he said they would let us stay the evening for $600 and I agreed. At 2 p.m. that same day Jose came barging into my room. I did not let him in. I was barely dressed and my 3 year old was naked. For at least 5-10 minutes I asked Jose to please talk to Obeidy and leave my room. I told him I felt very uncomfortable. He wouldn't not leave. I told him over and over again and finally threatened to call the Police. He finally left. We got the room figured out finally. The next morning upon checkout I told Jamie about all of the issues we had. She was so rude, inconsiderate and didn't care. He came into my room with no permission I have never felt so unsafe and scared.

Family Vaca

We booked our Main Pool Family Swim Up rooms (2) and had to argue to get ours. Moved us to Adult section. Daughter came next day with a 13 and a 14yo. They also were put in adult section swim up room, because the girls were not 18 they could not use the pool. So the expense of having pool access and not able to use was annoying. Our butler Fransisco tried everything he could to get us moved to the family pool as we had booked. Fransisco went above and beyond for us to make our stay enjoyable. He decorated our grandaughters room for her birthday ( AMAZING JOB). If you book Majestic Mirage ask for Fransisco for your butler. Can not say enough about him.

This is my fourth time coming back to this resort. This trip was a short but sweet escape. Check in was super easy, our butler Omar was one of the best, always reaching out and checking in to make sure my husband and my stay was perfect. The food options have definitely improved over the years from my first visit, staff is always looking to help if you need transportation to the market. Rooms could use some upgrades but I Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday trip. The beach was definitely the best part. Thank you Majestic for always being a great experience.

This was our third time at the Majestic Mirage and we love the resort. Food, spirits, service, entertainment pool and beach are all very nice! Our butler Jeffry was terrific! He went out of his way to help us with our room reservation. They put us in the family area which is not what we paid for but was able to move us the next day to the “adult” section and the swim up room we were expecting to be in. That is my only complaint about this property and the Majestic in Cancun. They are often overbooked and don’t put you in the room you reserved.

The resort is an amazing property. Absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing! Most of them spoke some level of English, which made things a lot easier. The food, like the food was just okay. Just like most of the other all-inclusive resorts we've been to (which is a lot), the food at the buffet restaurants was consistently better than at their "specialty restaurants."

Room: Fantastic. Spacious, quiet, comfortable, many amenities. Fantastic room. Entertainment: It was OK. Nightly shows were good. Food: OK. Not excellent. Quality was OK. Service was OK, not great. Drinks: Some were great, many were simply OK. Some of the ingredients are great, most are just OK Beach: Excellent. Sandy, long, easy walking and well kept. Pools: Excellent! Never crowded, cabanas everywhere. Butler: Excellent. Made the stay worthwhile. Would I go back? Maybe. I like the property, but not the service. The Jamaicans were nicer. The property beat anything I’ve been to elsewhere on the beach.
