The actual main body of the building was lovely -we were in an out building which was rather tired and the shower fell apart when I touched it.Lovely evening meal with attentive and courteous staff.Very nice garden but marred by the smell of the local pig farm.

Quiet villa reasonably close to Cremona
Spent three quiet nights at the villa after visiting the area each day. I find this a great hub to visit the Milan/Cremona/Bergamo/Parma area, all within an hour or two's drive. Two things I must caution though: 1. The villa is surrounded by lots of fields and driving in/out and while staying on the villa it can smell pretty bad. 2. There is no direct highway to Cignone/the villa; one has to drive into/out of many roundabouts and that can get a bit annoying. Otherwise, the breakfast was good (though one morning we had the misfortune of sharing breakfast buffet with a bunch of messy, obnoxious French Hells Angels and that spoiled the experience) and the property is lovely.

la location è certamente suggestiva anche se la camera è fuori dal contesto della villa. purtyroppo la reception chiude alle ore 20,00 e per eventuali problemi c'è un numero di emergenza, che non ho contattato anche se in camera il riscaldamento è stato condizionato dalò rumore della ventola che non sono stato in grado di eliminare del tutto. Colazione comunque davvero gradevole.

Chambre pour une étape
Chambre très propre et très bon petit déjeuner en buffet. Nous étions dans la chambre 1 au rez de chaussée, c'était très bruyant car avec le plancher en bois du dessus on entendait les voisins. Arrivés de nuit, nous avons eu des difficultés pour trouver la boite à clés, la photo n'était pas très explicite.
