The lady owner is extremely helpful and friendly. My son was sick on Day 1 and she arranged for an early check in so that he could rest. When we needed a cab, she helped us hail it from the street and when we couldn't get a cab back, she readily help us book one. Location is near the centre of town. A 24hrs laundry shop is 200m away. There are no lifts so Daddy must be prepared to do some heavy lifting. Many food options on the vicinity. (200m radius). Breakfast is in the form of MacDonald's vouchers which is right opposite. Rooms are great fun for the kids. Mine had a slide in it. There are a bunch of toys to entertain them too.

A MUST STAY, especially if you have young kids!!
This B&B just enjoyed their 1 year anniversary. The owner is the most kindest, polite, informative, and thoughtful host I have ever met!!! The accommodation was certainly designed with children in mind! The room was just as cute and clean as the picture shown. The bathroom was very clean and decent size as well. It has a shower stall but the owner will ask if you need a baby tub if you're traveling with a small child. We stayed with an 11 month old and a 4 year old and they both LOVED the room. To this day the eldest keeps asking to go back to the B&B! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Super clean accommodation with a very friendly and warm host!!

Nice place and Very close to sighting spots
We enjoyed our stay here. The room is cute, very different from conventional hotels. Our 1.5 year old daughter loved the swing chair and the colourful little sofa seats which are perfect height for her to climb up and seat by herself. The owner is very helpful and paid a lot of attention to detail. The location is brilliant, within walking distance to major sightseeing places in the city centre and also very close to a local bus stop which one can get to the airport easily by bus. The breakfast is vouchers to McDonald's cross the road, but we always top up by visiting local hawkers/little restaurants for an Taiwanese breakfast as a top up.

地點：位於台南中西區熱鬧地帶，所以很方便。因為沒有停車位，所以訂房後先連絡民宿主人，她們會幫忙找車位（其實路邊也很多車位，晚上21:00後很好找)。 房間：房間很乾淨和安靜，溜滑梯比較適合大一點的小朋友（小小孩有點太抖），小二的女兒玩得不亦樂乎，門外就有飲水機可用，很貼心，早餐提供對面麥當勞餐卷可以直接去兌換。 這次訂了一間四人房一間二人房，很感謝熱心的老闆娘幫我們二人房升級並安排在同一層的Hello Kitty房。而且老闆從訂房後到入住前都會連絡我們,還會提供週圍的吃喝玩樂地點。都很推薦大家入住～

親切的服務+良好的位置
房間很乾淨而且很舒服；而且地理位置超好，離海安路/國華街/友愛街/林百貨/台南美術館...景點幾乎都是步行就能到達；唯一的問題，就是停車位很難找~~雖然管家會很認真的替住客找車位，但建議還是能和附近的停車場合作，解決這個問題~~ 另外，入住前，管家有很熱心的聯絡，並且提醒入住的相關事項，這一點也很加分~^^~ 總歸來說，住宿的體驗很棒，如果能夠解決停車的問題，就更好囉^^

很不及格的民宿
位於大樓裡面，入口窄小，打開房門一看，網路照片上美美的希臘建築裝飾原來只是海報。牆壁竟然是木板隔間，安全堪慮。 房間不大，蠻悶的，晚上空調很吵，窗子又打不開，想關掉空調，又發現整個房間沒有一絲隙縫，很擔心會悶死在房裡，整個晚上睡不著。 首次碰到沒有衣櫃的旅宿，最離譜的是連衣架都沒有，房裡也沒有咖啡包或是茶包，提供早餐原來只是麥當勞超值早餐券。這樣的房間竟然要2000多，實在是不值得。 整體住宿經驗唯一只有服務態度很友善，但因不是當地人，對台南其實並不夠熟悉。
