I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there). Then the guy of the reception just gave me his phone number. I asked why he was giving me his phone number and not the taxi company and he answered that I shouldn't be worried (maybe he didn't know the number). So, of course 3:30 am I was there feeling very tired and there was no taxi. First I tried google and some place at GC airport gave me another number near the hotel area. Then the number he gave didn't answer. Then I tried the number that the guy of the reception gave me (also no answer). And finally I tried the emergence number of the hotel. Someone answered but seemed annoyed that I would call asking help for that. But at least he gave a number who answered that time. It was very annoying and it's not acceptable such thing to happen in a hotel with that price.
It should have a 24 hours reception and a better trained staff. Other than that, the hotel is nice, good room and great pool and Jacuzzi.
