Could be MUCH better
Wonderful position and design, unfortunately not marched by the level of service: when we did arrive, the shower was not clean. They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide. Hopefully, after some distress, one customer service agent (Kristzina) jumped in and took charge of the situation, providing us at least a partial refund for the inconveniences. The third star for the structure owe to her. It is unfortunate the poor management, because the potential for Numa Ivy is really high. They should find better partners and do not neglect what they have: God forbid the plastic flowers as well!
