Friendly Staff and Nice Clean and Tidy Room
Really friendly staff and helpful. We opted for breakfast which was also great value for the 2 of us. There is a tram stop about 2 minutes walk from the hotel which will take you into the city centre which I would recommend. We walked to Louiza and that was a nice suburb to walk around too.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for its overall cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. It’s conveniently located near a tram station, making it easy to get around, and there are several grocery stores nearby for essentials. However, I did notice some mold stains in the shower, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the scent of spices from the restaurant next door occasionally drifted into the room at night. Overall, it's a comfortable place with a few minor inconveniences.

The room was perfectly clean and tidy. The bathroom is well equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries and a shower with sufficient water pressure. The host was lovely and very considerate - an ironing board and iron were provided on request. The breakfast was more than adequate with fruit, bread, spreads, pastries and more. We had a completely trouble-free stay at the property.

No lift so if you are carrying anything heavy be prepared to carry them upstairs. Staff was kind but basically they are only there from 10am to 3pm while theybclean the rooms that are getting vacant. After that you can only get service if you call or mqil them. Rooms get cleanead in a per visit basic so avoid long stays.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos. We were on the 2nd floor and faced the main road. With the windows closed, there was minimal noise from outside. The hotel itself was very quiet. The location is quite good as it is outside of the main tourist areas but there is a bus only a 5 minute walk away which will take you to Brussels Centraal. We stayed here 2 nights at the start of our holiday and one night at the end.

Picture and description are not at all what you get. 3 flights up, no lights or significant signage and over an Indian restaurant! Not a great part of town, very loud. Both tvs had no signal and didn’t work, never saw a human being until 10 am on check out day when she wanted to clean? Multiple codes to get in property and room but no light on outside of property. Bare minimum place w good pics

Great gem for a decent price!
Really good place, with great value for the money. I could check in at my convinience since dolrs were keycoded. Information about check-in received vi email and on whatsapp well in afvance! The manager was really nice and the breakfast was decent. The only thing I lacked in the was a shoehorn :)

No sound isolation, ok otherwise
Hotel location is good, staff was friendly but I only had interaction with them online (didn't meet a single person from staff during my stay, self-check-in and all), room was spacious and clean BUT a huge problem - there is absolutely no sound isolation, I could hear every word uttered by very loud room neighbours who were noisy throughout the night,and woke me up on three occasions and as there is no staff present, there is no way of complaining other than knocking on the wall, etc, not very nice nor efficient. Same with street noise, despite being on the last floor, I was regularly woken up by traffic, sirens, etc. Very uncomfortable situation, and especially disappointing as otherwise everything was perfectly fine.
