The location is great. It’s close to the lake and about a 20-minute walk from the bus station. It’s new, clean and well designed. The service is good, the bed is comfortable and the food is very delicious. The pool is a little small.

The pitiful thing is was not able to change towels although i have used it for wellness. But also dinner was a buffet with all similar ingredients so if you stay more than 2nights you will see how much things are mutual from yesterday.

A/c didn’t work throughout the night. Couldn’t sleep because it was so hot and humid. Told the front desk and he at first denied the problem saying he felt fine in the room (26 degrees although set to 20) and then told me there was nothing he could do about it. Had to plead with him to give mr a different room.

This was our 5th stay in the hotel and it will be the last one. Hotel service and personnel went from Ok to terrible. Employees barely speak English and because of that they are trying to avoid any coversation. Alternatively they just speak to you in German like it is the same thing. As a result they can't and won't handle any issurs during your stay. Hotel marks as pet friendly offering dog beds, bowls and snacks. Nothing was provided even we asked several times for it throughout the and when asked at check out the only answer was wait we will bring it. Hotel rips you off on all charges as all the bills are converted to EUR and when you ask to pay in HUF they just convert the final sum.

Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nur empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist ansprechend gestaltet und bietet alles zum Relaxen. Das Buffet ist sehr vielfältig, da ist für jeden etwas dabei, lediglich die Brot bzw. Gebäckauswahl könnte etwas mehr sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
