This is not exactly a hotel but the studio apartment but it is very comfortable for budget travelers. The room is spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything you need: a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave, as well as some utensils. We had a balcony and enjoyed breakfast on it. Despite the another house was very close in front of us, we could still enjoy the view of the houses on the hill (we were on the top floor) and the seagull on the roof of the house opposite. The hotel is located on a narrow, quiet street that leads directly to Taksim Square, less than a 10-minute walk. The bus from the Sabiha Gogchen airport stops also on a walkable distance. The only inconvenience was that the steep narrow stairs with sharp turns are not very convenient for moving with suitcases.

I wasn’t expecting a lot because but didn’t expect as little as I would receive at this property. There was mold in the bathroom. It took them two days to clean it. The refrigerator leaked on the floor and also took days to clean. The front desk people smoke cigarettes so as you’re walking to the door they are outside the front door smoking. When I went downstairs for the leak he was smoking in the lobby. The property is close to Takim Square which is great. I would advise to spend more money and find something better.

It wasn't bad until we left the hotel and asked for a taxi to Istanbul airport (IST). The receptionist asked me if I knew the price, I said yes less than 300 lira, he answered me that it would be 400 lira with this taxi company. I said ok then I saw a yellow cab, the cheapest one of Istanbul, that came to bring us. I asked him to put the meter and he said like when we go to the airport there's no meter, I knew this was a lie. Some taxis in Istanbul are unfortunately very dishonest, the day before we came with an honest one for 280 lira. Despite the fact he didn't put the meter to zero it was running and I saw that our trip to the airport would cost 250 lira. So he takes, work the complicity of the receptionist of the hotel near 200% of the real price of the run ! Never trust this hotel and ask them anything they'll try to rob you. Too bad I wasn't really disappointed even when I saw that their air con wasn't working ! They really deserve a zero !

I have never stayed anywhere so disgusting in my whole life. This 'hotel' which is 'great for families' is more of a hostel. It is not suitable for small children due to all the other guests smoking in this 'non-smoking' facility. We arrived at midnight and were given the 'cinema' room. When i opened the door i gasped becuase i had never seen anything so filthy in my life. The room hadnt been cleaned The floor was digusting and made my white trainers brown. When i flushed the toilet the back of it leaked on to my foot. The following morning i tried the shower, there was no hot water so i ran to reception in my Pajamas to complain. I was given the key to the 'cupcake' room and told to move. This room was better in that it didnt have a toilet that leaked on to my foot and hot water in the shower however it was still filthy with stained bedsheets and hasnt been renovated for 50 years. THE PICTURES ARE A LIE. The stove has no gas supply so we were provided with a camping stove to use on the balcony. Only good thing about this place is the location and the staff at reception were helpful. Room service is non-existant. I had to ask for toilet roll at reception every time we ran out. Bin bags are not even put on the bins in the room?

Der Hotel mitarbeiter konnte weder die sprache deutsch weder türkisch wir mussten mit dem übersetzer uns verständigen Das Zimmer war schrecklich das gegenteil was abgebildet war, was ich für den aufenhallt bezahlt habe verschimmelt ,balkontür konnte man nicht abschliesen toiletten knopf kaputt schrecklich da es sehr spät am abend war mussten wir da bleiben am nächsten tag früh am morgen haben wir das hotel verlassen
