Good location in Cairns

Nice hotel and in a good location. Bed was comfortable, and nice amenities in the room. We did however have to move the room due to ants in the first room and a spider in the second room. It’s Cairns, it’s hot, it’s humid, some of this is probably unavoidable, but when you have to move twice it’s not great. Staff were very accommodating and helpful though, thank you for that!

Perfect stay. Super friendly staff, amazing room with an amazing view of the sea. Lovely and relaxing pool area, great location (near all restaurants), parking on site was easy and good value. Breakfast excellent. We were allowed late check (midday) which was great and could even use a spare room at 2pm to shower and get ready for our evening flight back home. We have stayed in a lot of places and this is as good as it gets in terms of luxury and service.

We didn’t much care for our experience here. The room smelled of mold and it took some convincing to get a new room. The new room was alright once we got settled. Housekeeping was poor overall. The linens had an obvious stain on them that wasn’t removed, the tissue box remained empty until we called for more, pillows were left on the floor after the bed was made. The gym was also very bare bones and not ideal. The property was ok overall, but I wouldn’t stay again.
