The room I was initially given was terrible, smelling like cigarettes, and it was dirty with broken lamps and tissue in the toilet. After trying to get help from the reception, who were unresponsive and unhelpful, I eventually got another room around 2:00 a.m., which was a single bed instead of the king suite I had booked. Too exhausted to argue, I stayed the night and checked out in the morning, but was still charged for two nights. Expedia's customer service was no help, and I advise avoiding them altogether.
