It took about 45 minutes to check in. There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom sink. The toilet cover was smaller than the actual toilet. Unable to block sunlight from reaching the room.

Esse hotel foi uma decepção, bem diferente de outros da mesma rede. Tivemos problema com o primeiro quarto, água voltando pelos ralos da pia e chuveiro, ar condicionado pingando. Pedimos a troca que demorou pra acontecer. Depois precisamos de um serviço de limpeza e simplesmente não apareceram no quarto, desistimos de pedir.

Identifiquei algumas falhas na conservação do hotel durante minha estadia. O quarto apresentava a trava de segurança danificada, o que comprometeu a sensação de segurança. O ar-condicionado estava equipado com um controle universal, impossibilitando o apagamento da luz do visor, causando desconforto durante a noite. Ademais, parte da cortina encontrava-se desprendida, permitindo a entrada de luz ao amanhecer e prejudicando o descanso adequado.
