"We expected more and better service. All guests should be treated equally and given the same service, however some of the staff members seemed to struggle with this. Language issues were a problem as well.The sun beds does not have direct access to the waterfront on the beach which is a disadvantage when travelling with children. The public beach is full of cigarettes. The indoor pool and playroom are great when it is raining. "

"Definitely an overpriced room. I thought I was booking an apartment, so I naturally expected a private bathroom.For this price, you can absolutely find much nicer rooms with a private bathroom. (I rent in Sopot like three times each year, so I have some experience.) I can't speak for all four rooms, but if you end up in room no. 1, I feel sorry for you. "Ingen i receptionen kunde engelska vilket var lite problematiskt men fick ändå bra att kommunicera. Boendet var som på bilderna men ena bäddsoffan är extremt liten, en vuxen person får definitivt inte plats där. Vi löste det med att sova tre i sängen men annars är boendet för Max 4 personer och inte 5! Det var även mycket silverfiskar i boendet.. Annars låg boendet väldigt fint och centralt, 10 min gång till gamla stan vilket var perfekt!"

"Good hotel, located a few minutes walk from old town Gdansk. Great spa and pool with a good breakfast. We liked this hotel, rooms were comfortable and a good size although room cleaning and breakfast arrangements were a little haphazard. Maybe take breakfast orders at the table rather than having to track down a member of staff every morning. With regards to cleaning our room, it was unclear if we should just be getting towels changed or could have a clean every day. "

"Smart and quality fit-out of rooms. The hotel is compact and very modern. Swimming pool is small but extremely clean and a great atmosphere of its own. Breakfast has very generous options. Can't comment on evening dining options and the room service menu didn't appeal. Location is perfect for catching tram. Staff were cheerful and professional. Some could argue it doesn't have full 4-star standard but some Hilton in UK aren't a quality match for this. This doesn't have too corporate a feel if...
