It’s a shame
Nice location and good pool for the kids. What lets it down is genuinely terrible service. 45 minutes to check in, no coffee service at breakfast, tried to order a coffee after dinner, no coffee. Takeaway coffee from the cafe..prohibited. Towel service always empty so no pool towels available. Went to the Spa, and the attendant was sick…trying to enjoy my massage with sniff cough sniff was gross. I was still charged anyway even though cancelled 1/3 of way through. It is a shame but the service is 2* at Best. Room nice, view stunning and buffet quite good. I think they just need more trained staff or to pay them properly:
