Great stay
We were 2 life long friends meeting for a one night visit (and a break from our husbands). The Palazza hsppened to be our mid-way point. The price was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. It had an amazing free breakfast. The pool was heated, cabanas sitting around the lake. All in all we couldnt have been more pleased.

The hotel is very clean and the staff wa extremely helpful. My only complaints are my room phone was not work properly and there were no blankets in our room. I had to go and request blankets and when I did, one came with a hole it. Beside this issues everything went well.

Overall not a terrible stay but also not the best for a family with small children. I’d recommend this place for adults on a short trip. Cons: The room we stayed in had no tub and the walk in shower appeared like it was still in the process of being completed. There are not enough or conveniently placed outlets in the room to charge devices. And for some reason most of the things in our room was unplugged like the mini fridge and the room phone to name a few. Pros: The hotel is quiet which was nice for bedtime/ sleeping in. It’s near the parks and other stores/food places. The staff is nice.

Our stay was short but it was good, the attention upon arrival was pleasant and the room was clean, the only thing a little out of place was at breakfast time the next day, the place was very small and very uncomfortable to be able to get what you wanted to eat, few tables inside for the number of people.

Loved our stay.
I wish we could've stayed longer! We didnt get to check in until late night. About 11pm. And we left at 11am at check out. The room had a nice balcony with chair's to sit and a decent view. We had a nice breakfast which was included in our stay. Lots of options so something for everyone. We went out back to check out the view since the hotel sits on a lake. They had a park area for kids. And hammocks out by the trees. My kids loved them. Wish i could've seen the sunset from back there. Really cool place i think. The room was semi small. We had the 2 queen room. But if all your doing is needing a place to stay for the night while in town it's still quite nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again.

Minie vacation
I was amazed since i enter the check in time. They were very nice, i just loved the hotel there decoracion for this season the room was very comfortable i had what I needed. I love the breakfast buffet 😋 they have variety 😋. The hotel was surrounded of store's, parks ect. If i go back to Orlando i will select Palazzo hotel that's for sure 💯

Slip and fall
Great hotel for the price! Stay here often. Have suggested that they clean the crystals on the chandelier in the lobby a few weeks ago but it still looks dull and it’s a pity because it is really nice. Breakfast is way to busy at 9 am and they had some spills on the floor that wasn’t cool!

Clean and comfortable
Very comfortable room. If you’re not there for the parks, it may not be your spot. It’s very busy with many families, of course. It can be loud. Breakfast is chaotic. It’s not really their fault. It was just packed. Good for them. A bit much for my elderly mother and me. We were just looking for an inexpensive break to a long road trip.
