Terrible room/ Customer Service
The room had a musty, moldy smell and felt old and worn. The bathroom sink was backed up, requiring maintenance to come fix the issue. When I checked out, I realized I had left money behind. When I asked to retrieve it, the front desk staff treated me as if I had never stayed there, escorting me back to the room as though I might steal something. I will never stay here again.

Just OK Hotel
Convenient location but just a 3 star hotel. The staff are friendly but they should come straight out and told us that they don't have late check-out policy instead of giving us the run around and wasting our time. Had to ask for room cleaning on day 2 or we would not have any service over the three nights stay.

Great service, staff had a great attitude when it came to giving us instructions on where to find our rooms. Only complaint is the AC wasnt working. We turned it on, worked for a few minutes then stopped. When we called to ask for help, the instructions given, still didnt allow the AC to work.

Good location
Location was perfect. On the first night the fifth floor (roof top) was closed for a private event. The main reason we reserved this hotel. Music blasting until around 11pm was not pleasant after coming tired from the parks and unable to sleep due to the loud music. The next night tried to go back up and apparently closed on Mondays. Unfortunate that we weren’t able to go up there.

Great location!
Overall, our stay was great! Close walk to the park, clean rooms, and relatively quiet. Due to the circumstance of when we booked, we ended up booking 2 separate 2-night stays for a total of 4 nights. The female desk clerk the first night when I checked in looked annoyed maybe??? I’m not sure why. The other 2 staff members that I dealt with were very pleasant and friendly. Twice I asked for an extra towel and the gentleman from housekeeping was very nice and polite. I definitely recommend a step up from the standard room (our first 2 nights). I can’t remember if it was a Deluxe or Premier room our last 2 nights. Either way, it made our stay that much more enjoyable. My only “issue” would be that parking can be hard to find if you check in on the later side of the afternoon/evening. SN: I called 2 days after we checked out to have receipts emailed to me for parking & the portion paid to the hotel itself - the email never came.

This is where we stay for our trips to Disneyland. We stayed in RM102 which is up front and great for the walk back but the location is load because of the foot traffic walking back after close along with the noise from the roof top bar.
