We were impressed from the start as were served a delicious meal even though we arrived almost at the time that kitchen was closing The staff were friendly helpful and welcoming Our room was large clean and comfortable with a fridge sink and cooking hob Disappointingly there was not a kettle or saucepan to boil water

Very large room with very good bathroom facilities. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast is satisfactory but we would have liked an earlier start as we were to drive across France that day. 7.30 instead if 8 would be perfect.

Room was very good. Spacious and with good facilities. Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. We arrived at 8 and did not get a hot drink until 8.20! No croissant or fresh pastry just a bun in a packet to accompany the bread and ham/cheese.. A little disappointing. Also we arrived Friday at 16.45 to find the bar was closing and the restaurant was not open that evening. Although we had no problems, are there any staff around to deal with something? Everything apart from your room is locked up!

Ma première grosse déception, c’est le fait qu’il est indiquée que l’hôtel se trouve a 36 minutes de la station de ski Peyragude alors qu’il faut compter 1 h 5 ce qui n’est pas la même après une journée de ski. Là deuxième choses qui m’a déçu c’est qu’en réservant j’ai fait une mauvaise manipulation et j’ai réservé une chambre de 4 en indiquant qu’une seule personne alors que nous étions 3 j’ai appeler pour les prévenir avant mon arrivée et ce matin au moment de payer elle me multipliait le prix de la chambre par 3 soit 210 euros heureusement alors que sur l’application j’avais bien vu que pour 3 c’était plutôt 134 euros ce qui m’a permis de ne pas me faire arnaquer car elle ne voulait rien savoir. Pour finir je lui demande la facture car j’ai fait un règlement sur place et elle a refusé de me la donner.

A super hotel
We stayed overnight and were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke Spanish, French and some English so we were able to communicate very well. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good and once again, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
