I dont usually complain but this stay should have been better. I was on a work trip and arrived at 7pm and no one was at the front desk. I rang rhe bell for about 10 minutes, walked around the lobby area looking for an employee and then started to call the cell number for the manager listed on a business card. Then i saw the employee walking in the far back door from the parking lot. She checked me in without a smile and was noticiably aggravated. I received my card and went to my room. The elevator electrical panel under the buttons was damaged and wires were exposed. Not a good thing at the height children are and could reach in there. Then i arrived in my room and 2 tiles in the center of the room were cracked and crushed like something very heavy was driven across them. Finally, the next morning when i was leaving i went to the breakfast area. It was very clean and no breakfast. The doors where the food was kept were locked. The hotel was very clean but it appeared at the expense of services and proper maintenance.
