Smallest room with the smallest most inconvenient bathroom I have ever stayed in. Two people could not be in the bathroom at the same time doing anything. No counter space, everything was jammed in. The room was about the size of a toaster box. We had to call for our luggage to be brought up, and call twice for someone to come get our luggage when leaving. When we woke up and wanted room service, they did not start until 7am. There was a mandatory $35 a day “City Experience Bundle Fee” that we never even made use of. It covered WiFi (our cell service was fine), water in our room, local and international calls, and a $25 discount in their restaurant (which was the only thing we used on our $21 espresso Martini). All in all, The Fairmont Copley has an amazing location, but is resting on its reputation. I would recommend one of the bigger hotels right across the street for more space, the same if not better service and the same location.
