Not going back.
It was a very loud area and we heard loud trucks all night. The blankets didn’t look very clean, pillows weren’t great, old carpeting on the floor. Shower was hot and cold. One of the reasons we chose it was for the breakfast but it wasn’t well prepared and it was cold and setup was unorganized.

Pros-close to the hockey rink Cons-Once you get on elevator and step off on floor, carpet was filthy and stunk like straight weed. -Lots of indigents. Sketchy looking folk coming in and out at all hours. -Not many parking spaces -Breakfast was disgusting. -This place is sketchy. It's OK if absolutely necessary.

Overall good experience with couple items to note
Overall it was a good experience and the front desk staff was courteous and professional. Room were clean and there is plenty of parking. Good location off the main road too. However, couple points to improve on: 1. The shower was not hot and after the 2nd shower the water was barely warm. 2. The breakfast - scrambled eggs - was not good as they may have ysed powdered eggs and not fresh eggs and it was not good. There were other items link toast, juice and waffers, etc but we did not check.

The staff was the only thing good about the hotel, very friendly and polite, however the room was horribly, the smell of cigarettes was very noticeable the moment you walked down the corridor towards the room, the bed had alot of hair on it and the sheets were covered in mold, showed a picture to the manager and he immediately offered a refund. This review is based on that 1 room as we decided not to stay based on mold being present , other rooms might have been in better condition.

The grout in the shower was growing mold, the water pressure in the shower almost completely died out everytime someone flushed in other rooms or used the services, the plugs for chargers and such on the lamps where so messed up internally they wouldn’t hold a plug, there was broken outlet covers the room was tiny and cramped. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and you can hear the neighbors clearly. Defiantly not worth the money to stay here.
