My husband and I planned a little weekend get away and Staypineapple was the perfect place to stay. It was so comfy, the rooms were super clean, the staff were all so nice and hospitable. We will definitely be staying there again.

Minor negative, no on site restaurant or bar, they did offer a complimentary glass of wine to be fair, but no where to hang out after dinner for a night cap. again, not a big deal, plenty of spots near by, more of an FYI rooms were typically small but clean and comfy staff was friendly

Front desk staff was very helpful. Very helpful. Nice lobby area where people sat to drink the complimentary drinks. Room was excellent. I’m researching where they source their bedclothes. Loved ‘em. Only down side was loud music next door but that quieted down after 9pm. Definitely recommend.

We stayed for our anniversary and to go to the Cherry Blossom Festival. I must say that Yesha & Angel at the front desk were very nice! Once we got to our room, Yesha brought up a bottle of champagne & champagne glasses with a Happy Anniversary card signed by her. That was so very nice of her. The hotel was beautiful with all the yellow and gold colors. The theme of the hotel is pineapples. They even had bathrobes in the room. The bed was comfortable. The room & bathroom were a little small but it was still very nice. They don’t have their own parking lot so we parked elsewhere & took an uber to the hotel. The neighborhood it’s in isn’t the greatest but it’s not the worse either.

He gave us good recommendations, was very helpful with questions and I witnessed him dealing with a very tough situation with another guest with a great attitude.

The room and hotel were fine. The price was reasonable. Staff was quite friendly. The issue we had was that the maid came into our room when we were out when we had the "do not disturb" sign up. We have nothing to hide and do not travel with valuables, but we do not need and do not want anyone in our room. It was disappointing to return after a few hours out to discover our wishes in this area were not followed although clearly communicated.
