The hotel was in the middle of renovation and smelled of paint which isn’t to bad at least they were trying to spruce the place up! Once upon arriving I notice there was only one working elevator! I waited 15 Min to get on the elevator to be exact it was 14min and 37sec before it arrived. The elevator reeked of weed or cigarette smoke! So the next time I decided to take the stairs! Going down the stairs was an even bigger challenge. Every level had some sort of trash or drug paraphernalia disposed of. I saw needles and cigarette trash and plastic ballon bags. Then on my last morning before checking out I went to shower and there was NO hot water! I called the front desk and no answer!

Waited until I arrived on vacation, to tell me I can go somewhere else... because of lack of hot water and renovations. This could have been done days or weeks before my trip, so that I could have done that... not when I show up to check in. No lobby or dinning... had to check in at back hallway. On the remodel of the room... toilet was placed too close to the sink, so have to place arm on sink to use toilet. Also, there was a lot of activities and traffic in the parking lot... I'm not talking about Grub hub or Uber. I hope that it changes, when they are done with the renovations and become LaQuinta.

Dissatisfied
The hotel smelled of marijuana and the people on my floor were fighting and yelling all hours of the night. Guests and staff were permitted to smoke by the entrance and we had to walk through the smoke. I will not stay at this location again.

The hotel was undergoing remodeling, and it took me an hour to locate someone at the front desk, which was incredibly frustrating. Moreover, the sanitation was abysmal. Bed bugs were present in both hotels, causing us to be bitten and resulting in itchiness all night, severely affecting our health. Additionally, we encountered roaches that infested our belongings at night, raising serious concerns about potentially bringing these pests home. This situation has caused a host of additional issues, not just inconvenience during our stay but worries about long-term consequences. Due to our travel plans, we checked in late at night because we were traveling between cities. After a long day, we weren’t able to rest, which added to our discomfort and frustration. The conditions were far below acceptable standards, and I hope you address these significant issues promptly.

There is a problem with the outlets in the room. The air conditioner could not be plugged into the wall as an outlet was not available. The outlet in the bathroom was partially covered by the mirror preventing the blow dryer from being plugged in which I had to request. The outlet under the television only worked on the left side of the outlet. It was not possible to plug in the blow dryer and use a mirror at the same time. The room was clean and comfortable. The premises are in the process of being rebranded and are under construction in the lobby.

When I booked the hotel it was a Days Inn. When we arrived we couldn’t find the hotel but had the address correct. Between me booking on 10/4 to my stay on 10/18, the name changed to Laquinta, there was no breakfast, they were obviously going through a major renovation. The room at first glance looked good. HOWEVER, it was dirty, the shower door wouldn’t stay closed, there were no soap trays or typical toiletries. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted, the microwave was dirty. Would not stay again

Check in staff gave me a hard time abiut the king room i booked..said she didnt have any ..all dogs even service dogs had to be on the 2nd floor..then she found a king room. She met me at the elevator when i got my dog iut of the car..5 hour ride..wasn't on duty. He looked at her..unprofessional..and the woman next to me said beautiful dog. The staff said thats not a dog thats a horse..then said no service dog has ever lunged at me. I said he didnt lunge at you and the other woman said he didnt do that. She said he isnt a service dog and stormed off. I rode the elevator with the other woman and he sat and didnt do anything. We got off and went to our room. So unprofessional. btw..she was eating an ice cream the entire time during check in.. The parkjng lot was durty. The stairwell needs cleaning. The whole hotel smells like pot
