Another chance?
When I called Baymont regarding my service animal the person answered the phone HELLO! She didn't say Baymont or can I assist you. I asked is this Baymont? She yes, I gave her my name, I asked if a certain room may be available on 1st fl., as my service animal may be with.(we stayed there 3wks ago).I had it as a request on our reservation I made online 2 weeks prior. I asked if a certain rm was availabe , it was convenient next to entrance .She said she was getting ready to leave and would pass it on to the staff coming on rudely. We stayed there on 5/3/25. She was not polite. When we arrived the clerk was not aware of our request. We were put in rm on 2nd fl. The room was fine as our son lives in Janesville and he watched her overnight. It worked out in the end, we would of prefered she was with us. The other staff were polite and professional.
