DO NOT STAY HERE! There were zero towels, shampoo, conditioner, or soap in my room at check in. Took 2 hours to get towels. The tv remote was so sticky it didn’t work. My room was right next to a room that had the window busted out and glass shards were everywhere. There was a huge gap under my room door that led directly to the outside. A large rat could have fit through. The exercise room was out of order. The pool/hot tub was closed. The only ice maker in the whole hotel was broken. Zero water pressure in shower. The breakfast only included waffles, eggs and biscuits. Nothing else. Coffee was empty. And the rate was $180 per night. Ridiculous.

The rooms were decent given the price paid for them, however getting into the room was another story. I have never had to fight nor hip check a door so hard to get it to open before. When mentioned to the staff they seemed to know and indicated management is aware but hasn't done anything to fix it.

Dissatisfied

Checked in and emediately noticed a towel shortage so they gave us some towels than headed to daughters house upon arriving back at the hotel ready to get some rest upon climbing into bed found poop on the sheets under the bedspread and headed to the office but no one was around wound up sleeping on top of the bedspread or trying to sleep anyways figured it was obvious that the room wasn’t cleaned before allowing us to stay the next day invited our grand daughter to come over to swim as the hotel had a pool n hot tub but when we went hot tub was cold and didn’t work noticed the pool had what looked like poop in the bottom of it so didn’t get to enjoy either was promised they would reimburse us for night one but still haven’t seen the credit for that been 2 weeks so far since we were there would not recommend any one to stay there very disappointed here

Well, when I first checked in, there was a crackhead asking me for a ride and after about 30 minutes of being there, there was cops pounding on the doors of the hotel

Horrible place do not stay here

This place is horrible. Mafe a reservation and they still scrubbed to find us our toom One room did not hsve heat or sir. Front desk clerk was rude snd no help.

Great stay!

Overnight stay. Good place to shower and rest your head. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy. Would have easily rated a 5star however the room only had 1 towel and I booked for 4 guests.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The pictures are very deceiving. This place is awful. The room we received smelled like smoke, the hotel itself smells like weed. I complained about the smell of smoke and was given a bottle of Febreeze to clean up the room MYSELF! There was only one towel in our room even though we got a two bed room. They only had a few channels on the tv. The room had no remote. The toilet seat had a big crack in it and would pinch you if you sat on it. There is no iron, there is no phone. There was a weird stain on the headboard. Do not stay here!

Nice potential, but the smell is marijuana and cigarettes in the hallway was overwhelming. The ac unit is loud. Fixtures missing in the bathroom. Provided only one towel for the bath, and it looked dirty. Was charged $15 for incidentals but I tried to pay that in cash and was told it would be $150 by cash. No welcome, no info on breakfast.
