Overall good
Helpful staff, but no fan in the toilet, floor tiles on the shower room very outdated! Breakfast could’ve been better. I choose to book a hotel with parking area from the hotels.com, but when we arrived the hotel had no parking area and luckily we managed to find a street parking space nearby. Also thanks to both ladies at the reception, they were friendly and helpful.

Modern Art Hotel rooms with reasonable rates. Very good location near city center. Friendly staff. Breakfast average served in front corridor of 1st floor, no elevator, floors in bathroom, toilet and partially corridor. TV signal was weak.

Hotel was nice and pretty clean, but some furnitures had too much traces of use. I also had problems with the electric window, because it started moving by itself. Staff was really nice and I liked the overall appearance of this hotel.

A little disappointed
Visited this hotel 2 years ago and couldnt fault it, returned this year because of that experience but was a little disappointed as the rooms are looking a little tired now and when we pointed out a few issues these were not dealt with or communicated to us why, or offer of another room. It is situated in a great part of the town and just needs a freshening up to bring it back to the previous standard. Breakfast and service was great .

Wrong parking quote on hotels.com
This was a lovely new hotel. However, as we’re on a road trip a huge criteria for us is parking & any associated cost. On hotels.com website clearly stated was parking costs in rsd. Very cheap. We arrived to find it was intact in euros & ten times more (unsure why they chose € as Serbia clearly has their own currency).The manager refused to honour what was on the website & basically said that we could leave if we didn’t like the parking charge. In terms of customer service that is not great. Sad really as otherwise the hotel was good & friendly receptionist & breakfast host.

Für die Durchreise eine moderne saubere Unterkunft. Direkt an einer Ausgangsstrasse, deshalb sehr laut bis 01.00 Uhr Nachts. Direkt an der Strasse oberhalb von Restaurants. Parkmöglichkeiten nur öffentlich und kostenpflichtig. 10 Euro für das Parken im Hotel bezahlt, was sehr teuer ist für Serbien.

Una sola notte in viaggio per la Grecia. Hotel in posizione centralissima:all'inizio della strada con ristoranti e locali, più in c'è tro non si può. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa. Unica pecca la mancanza di ascenaore:la nostra stanza era al secondo piano e con le valigie non è stato molto comodo

Väldigt bra och väldigt dåligt.
Oerhört trevlig och hjälpsam personal, jättebra städning. Inga problem att byta rum när vi fått två enkelsängar istället för en dubbel. En eloge till personalen! Bra läge, nära till allt. Trevlig och fräsch inredning. Mindre bra: stor fuktskada med svartmögel i badrummet. Luktade oerhört illa och är skadligt. Fick vädra och ha igång AC dygnet runt. Ingen hiss, tunga spiraltrappor, väldigt bökigt att bära tunga väskor. Väldigt hög musik (typ raveparty) på restaurangerna utanför under helgen och dålig ljudisolering.

Rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen müsait bir oda bulmak zor oldu. Verilen odanın hazır olmadığı görüp resepsiyona ilettik ve yeni bir oda verdiler. Fakat bu oda da temiz değildi. Çarşaf, yastık kılıfları, havlular ve genel olarak oda kirliydi. Çift kişilik yatak seçmemize rağmen iki ayrı yatak vardı. Otel konum olarak iyi, yeme/içme alanları hemen otelin önünde. Sadece bu nedenle tercih edilebilir. Otopark olduğu belirtilmesine rağmen bir otoparkı yok. Otel önünde şansınıza yer bulabilirseniz ücretli otoparktan yararlanabiliyorsunuz.
