A gem of a hotel, great location, friendly staff
Le Clos is just wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (part of our honeymoon) and would recommend to fellow travellers.
The hotel is excellently located, a short walk from all the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc.
There’s a little shop on the right just before the hotel, which was great for picking up cold waters and snacks.
There’s bikes for use, which was a lovely touch and a great way to see more of the
Area for free.
We were there over a national holiday so it was very busy- and I would agree with the reviews that the walls are quite thin, but once the festivities quietened down it was fine.
The room itself is large, with some nice seating areas, the bathroom could do with a little touch up, but the overall style is lovely. The AC was excellent, which was a massive bonus during our stay.
Breakfast had some nice choices and chefs on hand to make eggs/omelettes etc. We had lunch by the pool one day and it was tasty and reasonably priced.
Staff were helpful and friendly- they also organised an airport transfer for us.
They offered tours, which we didn’t go on and booked something locally- wish we’d paid the extra and gone with the hotel’s privately organised tour!
