The bathroom was decent the shower was clean the toilet seat had a black stain of something on it the shower towels had stains on two of the towels I was given there was black marks on the sheets the hand soap wasn’t changed from the previous guest and you had to pay an additional $24.63 for parking each night and I was never told at the front desk they told me they would give me a card for the gate and never informed me that I was being charged for parking each night I figured out when they charged my card and I tried to inform the front desk of my problems the first night but the line was very long so I figured I would save my discrepancies for checkout and when I told the employee at the front desk he could care less just seemed bothered by me and after I left I was charged twice for parking when I only parked there one night other than that hotel is in a great location central to everything with a clean bathroom and tons to do

Great hotel...overall
This hotel was in a great location, rooms were large and comfy. I feel like the rooms need a deep clean or an update! I say this with a grain of salt.... It is Vegas so i know people party and stuff happens. Overall, price was great, spa was great and food at Hollywood cafe great!

No hot water in a jr suite
So upset. We stayed 3 nights and no hot water. They came to see what was wrong and it was definitely the hotels issue, but they didn’t even comp our room. They credited the resort fee and that’s all they would do for us so we will never stay there again.
