The staff was very nice. I get incidental charges but they should list the price of that so there are no "hidden" fees. Our room the sink in the bathroom didnt drain. Our tub was full of water upon arrival. Our bathroom light flickered a lot before staying on. Probably wont stay here again beds are hard but the staff is very nice.

This is an older building, but room was updated and looks good. No issues with property. I had a relaxing stay and was not charged an arm and leg. Will return next time i am in area.

This place was fine for a quick one night getaway, with a good price. The ice machine was broken, which is a bummer, and you can hear conversations pretty easily through the walls. But the staff were kind and the room was clean. I would definitely go again if I wanted to save money.

Great ocean view from main road

Easy access to parking and good size parking for bigger vehicles. Great view of ocean from 2-3rd floors. There is AC in the rooms but No Breakfast service. Not the best WiFi in middle of building. 310 is our favorite room. Farmers market on Saturday is close by.

Oregone

No frills, not a resort stay in Newport. Good for the pass through traveler although there is much to see in Newport and south of Newport where it’s more natural beauty than north of Newport to Lincoln. Parking spots get all taken at night so don’t hang out late.

The floor was sticky, needs cleaned. All construction work looks like it was completed by a high school kid. The bathroom was clean the sheets were clean. You will hear cars all night.

There was ants in our bed. Manager was very rude to us. We got in at 9 pm and woke up and got ready and that’s when we realized our bed was infested with ants. Me and my family will never use this hotel again.

Okay in a pinch

The room was average... a little smelly ... not very good ventilation... the faucet in the shower didnt turn off all the way so it dripped a steady stream of hot water ... the bed was comfortable and the fridge kept foid cold ... guest services was okay but they werent very friendly and hard to understand.

Had to pay an extra $40.to have adown stairs room. I indicated on reservation that we were handicapped and was hard to use stairs. They did not notify me earlier. Note book in room indicated continental Breakfast. Called to check on the times, they said they did not have the breakfast there. We came home from windy, rainy day to water on floor. Window was leeking. Could see where it had been leaking before above the window. Called office, said he would have towels up in the office. No way was I going back out in the storm to get towels. Man knocked on door ans had towels. He saw leak and took pictures. Called and asked if we wanted another room. We were staying their 4 nights and this was the 3td night. We said it was ok. It did not rain much after that.

The older middle eastern guy at the front desk should be fired. If he’s the owner, STAY AWAY! Then the entire place is riddled with BUGS

People were really nice. Adjoining rooms in the lower level have ZERO sound protection, so you can hear all of your neighbors coughs, sneezes, and everything else. Room was clean though, and was in a great location.
