Great family room
We stayed here as prices in Cologne were expensive. Trains run very frequently and take 20 mins. Not a lot in Troisdorf but a great clean, quiet and comfortable base. Would recommend this hotel

The parking possibility on the top is great, but I missed a sign or information how to lift up the door /fence when it is closed: on the way up you use the code, on the way down you have to pull the red/white chain!

Es war bereits unser zweite Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wie bereits beim ersten mal war ich auch diesmal vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beeindruckt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal beim Empfang nett und zuvorkommen. Das Hotel hat sein nutzen mehr als erfüllt

Zimmer sind sauber. Betten auch gut. Bad sauber und alles vorhanden. Check in auch ohne Rezeption möglich wenn man gebucht hat. Sicher usw.

Das Hotel wurde anlässlich einer Party als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gebucht. Das Hotel liegt zentral direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Wieder Erwarten, hat man davon aber nichts mitbekommen. Gemeint ist damit natürlich der Lärm, der logischerweise am Bahnhof vorherrscht. Ich hatte allerdings auch ein Zimmer zur Straße, vielleicht lag es daran. Die Umgebung des Hotels inkl. Eingangsbereich ist auf Grund der Lage halt nicht wirklich ein Aushängeschild. Es ist eben die Bahnhofsgegend. Merkwürdige Gestalten und ein teilweise verdrecktes Umfeld stören den ersten Eindruck. Positiv sind die kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus (direkt im Gebäude) zu erwähnen. Eingecheckt habe ich am Automaten direkt im EG. Das hat etwas gedauert, da ein 5-köpfige Familie vor mir einchecken musste. Es gibt aber auch die Möglichkeit, vorab online einzuchecken, dass hatte ich leider nicht gelesen. Mein Zimmer war tip top sauber. Das Bad war ebenfalls ohne Tadel und absolut ausreichend. Leider war der Fernseher scheinbar defekt, er ließ sich nicht einschalten :-( Da die Rezeption aber nur stundenweise besetzt ist, habe ich das nicht melden können. In der 5 Etage, in der sich auch der Frühstücksraum befindet, gibt es 2 Getränke- und Snackautomaten an denen man diverse Produkte (inkl. Bier und Sekt) zu vernünftigen Preisen kaufen kann. Das Frühstück war für knapp über 12 € gut und abwechslungsreich. Ich würde wieder das Hotel buchen, wenn ich eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Troisdorf benötige.

Das Hotel wirkt souverän und ist gut organisiert. Check-In und Check-Out (ohne Rezeption) verlief einwandfrei. Die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers beanstande ich jedoch sehr. Die Einrichtung war staubig, teilweise speckig,fleckig an den Möbeln. Eine nicht identifizierbare Tablette (!) wurde von meinem Kind unterm Etagenbett gefunden. Müll im Eimer, Handtücher zwar gewaschen (Duft?) aber mit Flecken. Im Doppelbett Haare auf dem Laken. Beanstandet hätte ich gern direkt vor Ort zur selben Zeit, aber es war keine Rezeption besetzt. Unser Zimmer lag nach hinten zum Bahnhof was uns als sonst leise schlafenden Besucher durch den Zuglärm deutlich unruhig schlafen ließ. Geräuschkulisse vorderseits eine Hauptstrasse. Es liegt sehr zentral. Wir würden diese Unterkunft für uns nicht mehr wählen.
