Basic no thrills, good stay
Little hard to get too. On a hill, my Uber driver’s gps took him three tries to find it. Check in was easy, do not forget the damage deposit is due at check in, I paid cash and had no issues was given back at check out, room was nice, no issues. Cozy bed was comfortable. Ordered Uber eats driver had no issues finding my room. Breakfast was ok coffee and bagels. Overall a good choice for those on a budget. Nothing fancy, the basics. Would stay here again.

It is an affordable option for a quick getaway to see New York city. The rooms were clean and linens were changed. The shuttle service to the city makes commute very easy. Even though the property itself is quite damaged and the walls are super thin, most of these things were manageable. The one thing that brought my rating down from 4 to 3 is lack of drinking water. The only way out was to buy water bottles from the vending machines which also ran out. We had to find another vending machine in a different part of the property. If the staff arranges for a water filter on every floor, this will become a good motel option near the city.

I had a reservation on Thursday evening and i had checked in. Once ny husband and I got to the room, we went to the bathroom and which seemed clean and then near the microwave we saw cockroaches. Obviously we were not going to stay there. We went to the front desk saying we will not be staying there. We asked about a refund and they said to call Gita Modi on friday morning and she will be able to help. Friday morning came and I called and i was told that they will be refunding me for 2 nights which was fine. However, they have to yet to provide this approval to hotels.com. i have been callong continuously and the staff is rude and very un cooperative. All i want is someone to contact me and say that the refund will be applied as promised. Will never ever recommend staying at this hotel.

Hôtel bien localisé, à 15 minutes de New York grâce au navettes à 3,75$. Mais, chambres vieillottes, frigo bruyant, environnement extérieur très bruyant. De plus le nettoyage est loin d'être parfait, les serviettes avaient des marques de rouge a lèvre et des cheveux longs dessus. Indiquer partout que les chambres sont désinfectées ne suffit pas, il faut le faire.

Decent place at decent price for NYC
Honestly not bad. Considering NYC hotel prices are insane, this place was cheap (comparable) and it wasn’t so bad. I was actually debating between a airbnb room stay vs this hotel and honestly I’m glad I went with staying at the hotel. Got to nyc early in the morning so I needed a place to store the luggage. Free breakfast was literally just bagel and cream cheese but I’ve seen hotels with nothing at all so it was better than nothing. Shuttle service was very convenient to get to Times Square and back. Cash only tho. They do store luggage in a container for you if you are early or your flight is late at night. If you are looking for a fancy hotel, not for you, but if you just need a decent place to sleep/wash without spending $4-500 that is not a hostel or airbnb room , This is great!

This was one of the worst experiences in my life: dirty, outdated, worn bedding but worst of all - nasty pee smell coming out of air conditioner! We’ve kept it off even in hot days because of it. Breakfast shouldn’t be mentioned as breakfast - some frozen bagels and butter plus oil like coffee day after day. The only good thing about this ‘place’ is its location transit to NYC is easy. All the rest is horrible. Never again.

Good for the price
Best for the price if you want to go to Manhattan daily, but the motel is old and the "breakfast" is ridiculous, literally a bagel and cheese cream, that's is. No fruit jam, no fruit, no cereals, nothing. The room is okay, we were on the second building. The area smell pot a lot and can be noisy due of the proximity of the road. The shuttle is nice but pricy if you use it every day with family, 3$/pers per ride.

This really is a motel, and you shouldn't expect any amenities outside of a place to sleep. This particular location is slightly inconvenient, and located at the intersection of 2 1-way streets that are very busy access points to the Lincoln Tunnel. The rooms are dated, and the free breakfast is coffee and bagels, and maybe cereal. I think for the price, I'd rather find somewhere less inconveniently located, even if further away from NYC. As a plus, the NJ Transit lines headed to NYC all have stops within half a mile.
