Facilities such as the gym are available. It’s very close to Ottensen station and there are lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Room is good for the price, friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't turn off the heater and it was hot in my room. Opened the window but it was really loud outside as there was an event. Hotel has a free coffee machine + tea for guests. Breakfast was good.

Would highly recommend
2 night stay while on a business trip. Located close to S1 line and supermarket. In a safe area where people were walking on their own late at night. Rooms were compact but not too small. Comfortable and not too warm. Food in restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Will most definitely stay again.

Parking and reception
We didn't have a good experience at all when we first arrived. The parking lot had a very narrow entrance, we couldn't even get into the parking lot and the reception didn't help us at all. It was also very difficult to find a parking space on the street because it is a busy street. A man checked us in. He didn't speak very good English and would respond very angrily when you asked him something again. The hotel was close to the city center and had clean rooms but it's not a good place for a car. We even asked them about the garage, but we didn't get a precise answer.

Welcome drink surprised us totally!
Nice trendy hotel located within walking distance to the S-Bahn station which takes you to the center in 15mins and airport in 45mins. Rooms were very clean and well thought of in terms of decorations and design. Welcome drinks were a nice surprise which made the first impression even better! I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hamburg!

Very nice hotel.
Definitely one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Rooms are clean and good sized with A/C, bed is quiet big and comfortable and staff is friendly. Breakfast very tasty with lot of choice, also dinner tasty too, definitely I eat one of the best burger in my life. Two small minuses there is no kettle in the room and no tea or coffee and another minus is entry to the car park very tight if you have suv it’s very difficult to enter to that parking. Overall hotel is very good and I can recommend for everybody.
