A very nice hotel and the service was excellent. I had to check out before 6:00 am to catch the train and at check in the guy said that I could get some breakfast to go and in the morning I got it and it made a nice start of my long train trip. The room was nice and clean. The only thing is that there is a bit of a walk to the Falls but I would book again should I come back. Thanks!

It is a fine motel in walking distance to Niagara Falls. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was typical American, mostly junk food. However, oranges and apples were served. The juice machine did not work. The housekeeper insisted on tips upon check-out. However, the floor in our room could have been cleaner and better maintained.

Breakfest in the morning was very basic just some bagels, ceral, fruit and juice. The door in our room not framed properly letting light in from the hallway. Our refrigerator was wobbly. The room itself was clean and spacious for having multiple beds. The TV channels were very basic the pool area was clean and enjoyable.

Nice place and good value for spring break. I thought it would be closer to town to walk to things but it's about a mile away and was pretty cold during our trip. Parking at hotel was no problem and breakfast was decent.

There is no elevator at this hotel. Staff are friendly. Not really walking distance to the falls. Keep in mind if you are walking across from U.S.A to Canada the bridge that gets you into Canada and you can see the falls but you still have a good walk to the horseshoe falls. Consider driving into Canada if that is an option for you.

The location is pretty good-across the street from the casino. The room could have been cleaner-it did not look as though the rugs had been vacuumed.

This was a great place for access to the falls, the casino and it included parking and breakfast. We walked to both destinations easily so it was nice to park the car and just have a walk. The only thing you will need to take note of is there are stairs - just a few but if this is an issue you may want to consider. The other thing was the TV - very few channels and poor reception. Luckily, we weren't there for that. We would stay again.

Not a bad hotel. Service was excellent, welcoming and friendly! Loved the family room (3 beds). Definitely in need of some updating. Trim/fix around a/c unit instead of leaving gaps. Only mirror is in the bathroom. Need to add a full length mirror in the room itself. Difficult for more than one female to get ready at a time. Skip the breakfast. It's all sugary carbs and no protein.
