The check in was a little confusing. The instructions I received from the email was to pick up the keys from another location. When we arrived at the location, I called the management phone number since the office was closed.
To be fair , we got to the office before the check in time but we just wanted to be sure we were in the right place.
Manager told us that we should have gotten an email about a code and the cabin number. I calmly told her that I did not receive an email about that.
She instructed us to drive to the location of the cabin and check if the housekeeper is done cleaning, then we can go in.
When we got to Oceanside, our cabin was not yet ready and there is no wifi connection, so we couldn’t call the manager.
The housekeeper though , is an angel. She got my husband the wifi code and was able to call the manager and confirm our cabin number. The housekeeper did a marvelous job cleaning the cabin and she was so apologetic that it was taKing her so long, but we didn’t mind. We went to the beach and came back at a later time.
We tipped her well because she went over and beyond her duties and the company is lucky to have her work for them. She’s a gem.
