Trip to Cuernavaca
I went to Cuernavaca for an event. Someone recomended Aristos Hotel because it was near the event. The hotel is very beautiful but needs to have a renovation. The spaces, the service is excelent but the rooms are very old. Anyway we enjoyed our stay and the personel was very friendly.

Just one fault, but one with a great impact.
Our only complaint of any relevance is the Sunday buffet, which does not have the quality and freshness of the a la carte menu; it costs twice as much, you have to pay in advance, it has no variety and there is poor temperature management. It lacks flavor and variety, it is overcooked or worse, it is not restocked; the service is average, it is simply not worth the price, and there are no alternatives if you don't want the buffet.

Precio - calidad no vale la pena. Habitación sin un sólo enchufe para conectar algo tan simple como un celular. Se nota que tiene muchos años que no le invierten en la parte estética por lo menos. No hice uso de las demás instalaciones

Amplio y albercas grandes pero viejo y descuidado
El hotel es de verdad muy grande y las áreas verdes son bonitas, la alberca es enorme; pero le falta mantenimiento, la puerta de la recámara, de madera ya muy vieja, se abría o cerraba con llave, el pestillo para cerrar la puerta desde adentro estaba roto, la puerta de la terraza no cerraba bien, de hecho se nos abrió en la noche; había ruido excesivo afuera de nuestra habitación, que no se detuvo hasta después de la una de la mañana, definitivamente no es un hotel para descansar.

Bueno pero puede mejorar.
En general bien. Hotel netamente para descanso de fin de semana. A 20 min del centro. Su alberca doble es grande, una con profundidad de 2m y otra con chapoteadero de 60cm para niños. Las bebidas y la comida del snack bar muy aceptables. La comida del desayuno buffet y de la cena en general aceptable aunque puede mejorar en sabor e ingredientes. Destaco la buena atencion de los trabajadores de comedor, bar, limpieza, la persona que da las amenidades en la alberca, el valet parking y vigilantes todos siempre muy amables y serviciales. La musica en la alberca muy atinada y el piano en las tardes muy agradable. Puntos a mejorar: sus colchones y los cierra puertas, en el ultimo piso no tiene buena red wifi, no cuenta con telefono en cuarto lo que hace dificil la comunicacion con recepcion aunque si hay room service con whats app, el edificio es de 3 pisos y no cuenta con elevador por lo que es dificil para personas de la 3a edad. Detalles en el cuarto: no cuenta con pistola de cabello, ni caja fuerte, ni frigobar y tampoco sistema de aire acondicionado pero si un ventilador de techo que al menos en nuestra estancia permitio mantener el cuarto fresco. Es un hotel de epoca, que requiere varias mejoras pero en general como familia la pasamos bien.
