The hotel is adjacent to a busy road with car park just off the road. The hotel is accessed by a series of steep, very uneven, steps not suitable for the less than agile with large suitcases.
No english spoken at reception but google translate useful. Room was ok but the window looked out on a vertical wall less than a metre away so no view at all. Pool was very pleasant with chairs and loungers but noisy due to the road. Honesty fridge with water and beer but was rather expensive (Beer C2500, supermarket price C950). Running water supply failed for a while but came back later.
Requests for additional items, eg extra pillows, fried eggs for breakfast, seemingly accepted but did not actually appear. (I did think breakfast was included but it was charged at $US 8 each per breakfast.)
Frequent bus service (30 min intervals) stop nearby, recommend for going to Park Manuel Antonio and also Quepos town at C380 pp. Hotel Restaurant Mono Azul short walk direction Quepos, for dinner.
