We just finished our 4 night stay in Florence at Atelier Altafronte. This hotel is in a great location near everything you’ll want to see, plus it’s near the best food in town. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The only reason I had to give 4 stars is that when we had loud neighbors or neighbors with young children, we could hear them through the walls. Once they left it was fine. Huge shoutout to Kate and Ahmed for helping us navigate the train strike, which resulted in our train to Venice being canceled. They were so patient, attentive, and helpful and gave us good advice. We ended up taking a bus instead of the train. A train strike is a real Italian adventure! 😂 I would recommend this property.

A fantastic clean and practical hotel. A nice size shower with a bedet in the bathroom. A smallish room & plenty big enough for 2 people. Could do with a full length mirror by the door instead of by the bed because you cannot see yourself, the bed is in the way. Also the fridge is taking up precious room inside the wardrobe & could be put in a space where there is plenty of room next to it
