Love this hotel staff are so friendly & roll go the extra mile for any request. We always to upgrade SELECT room which gives you access to beautiful lounge premium drinks & outside sun terrace area. Pleased to say the Cabana beds have had mattresses replaced. Entertainment good food great selection for a buffet there’s lots of choice & outside by pool snack bar food is cooked to order

Staff lovely customer service. Hotel nice and clean. Rooms cleaned every day. Toilet in bathroom didn't seem fitted to the floor, very wobbly when sat on. Food was plentiful but quite strange nothing really went together as a mean. Our last day... Pigs trotters! Absolutely not! Hotels central, walk down a slight incline to beach. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had the most wonderful time at this property. The food was varied, hot was hot and cold was cold. This was incredibly pleasing as therebus nothing worse than food which is off temperature. This was our first all inclusive stay. Would have given full stars if i hadnt had to sleep on the sofa on thr first night as one if the legs was broken on the bed tilring the bed considerably. How the cleaning staff had not noticed this is hard to believe but it was repaired on our sencond day . Staff were absolutely lovely all polite and all seemed very happy to be working. The dining room lacked a little ambience and it felt a little like a canteen. Entertainment was a little like butlins which is not our thing but good for anyone who cant get out and about. Would be nice if there was an area with a room a little more like a pib than a brightly lit club. The pool bar area and pool was great, plenty of sunbeds on different levels if you wanted to be in a more peaceful area.

Quiet hotel at night, apart from some of the very strange very loud acts eg sax, the acts need to be vetted better, gymnastics on a frame is not the best entertainment for guests, please ask your guests at the Sandos about the entertainment to see if they liked them, more than likely they will say No, food ok but not much choice, the staff could learn to smile more, apart from the dj’s who were fab, check in and check out was very unfriendly and impersonal, no welcome drinks, hotel needs a bit TLC, doors a nightmare to open, toilet leaking, heating broke, cleaners do a good job though.
