Beautiful hotel in great location

This hotel is right in the centre of Chania in a perfect location - it's a short walk to the main harbour and only a few minutes away from the bus station if you're planning day trips further afield. Breakfast was beautiful and the service was brilliant with everyone we interacted with in the hotel. A couple of small downsides - the gym is very small, and the indoor pool is in a bit of an odd place as it's in the restaurant! We would definitely stay again.

The property at the heart of Chania. Excelent location Outstanding service. Really 5 star hotel The room has a bit strange design, but overall experience is good. The hotel parking is outside, and you must leave the keys at reception.

Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam, professionell und stets freundlich. Die Hotelzimmer waren modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielfältig. This hotel was an extremely lucky find! Their rates are great, it's a new build and the design is very modern. the smart features in the room are a great touch and work flawlessly. the internet is great. one of the best things is that hotels always suck with room lighting. this place definetly does not. I loved the relax lighting options as well. my bed was also pretty awesome :) firmness varies from person to person but for me it was just right, and the sheet quality was awesome. I think above all the staff is helpful and kind and that really made me happy. As others have said the location is also very convenient.

Excellent

I love this hotel and enjoyed my stay here so much! The location is perfect, just within 3 mins walking distance to the old Venetian harbour and nearby attractions. The room was modern designed and decorated. I especially loved the bathroom as the shower area was the spacious one I’ve ever seen. I must mention the FREE breakfast here, the restaurant offers a wide varieties of choices at the buffet bar, additionally, I could order other options from their a la carte menu. The food were all delectable!! I’m impressed by their staff member - Mira, i was truly impressed by her passion for work. All of the staff members here are amiable, polite and helpful. With this top-notch accommodation and service, it really value for money.

Hotel is nice and clean. The people are very welcoming and the service is excellent. The breakfast that’s included is second to none. Don’t go for the pool is small and in the restaurant, kind of a running joke amongst guests. The hotel is the heart Chania and you can easily walk anywhere in the city. We rented a car to explore the waterfalls and beaches and it was worth it. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent place to be for your first time in Crete .Very nice place and the staff are fantastic. The night market is right across the street from the hotel and the park out front. Would like to have another stay at this hotel again.

Excellent modern hotel at Chania city centre!

Excellent Location in the centre of Chania. Very nice modern room with nice amenities. The breakfast was very delicious especially the Cretan omelette and the english muffin. All the staff of the hotel were very friendly and there was a member of the staff who arrange to park/bring back our rental car from the parking place. Overall I highly recommend the Chania Hotel for a stay at Chania town!
