After a long day of travel, upon arrival to this hotel, we were informed during check- in that our room reservation had been cancelled due to unavailable rooms. This reservation had been paid in full 3 weeks prior to our trip. We were informed at 1:30 via email in the same day, but did not see it during travel. This is completely unacceptable. The property upkeep seemed nice in the outside and in the lobby, however, we never made it passed the front desk. As a result, I cannot give a full rating to reflect the rooms. We were highly disappointed in this service and expected more from Hampton, as we frequently choose Hampton hotel as our choice of lodging.
