Resort was extremely clean, room was comfortable, on site staff was amazing but when you called the number it goes to an off site dirctory. We were in building 4 where the indoor pool is and the exhaust fan ran all night which was annoying. Tubs looked dirty but they have been redone so it is just an illusion. Overall will be happy to return to try the pickle ball court, outdoor theater and other amenities that are coming.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of it all!

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay in a clean, comfortable room. We had our pup with us and it was nice to be just a few feet away from the designated pet walk area. We loved having the large pump bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided in the shower. The breakfast had many choices and was delicious, and everyone I spoke with on the front desk was helpful and knowledgeable. We can't wait to come back to stay once again, and see all the renovations being made to the property!

We were thoroughly surprised by the Tremont. We stayed in a renovated king bedroom. It was beautiful and clean. The decor was very tasteful and reminded us of a cabin. The breakfast on Sunday was very good. Trevor provided excellent customer service. We had an issue with the TV, and he came and immediately fixed it. Would highly recommend staying there, and we are planning on returning in the future.

I had an excellent one-night visit to Tremont Lodge and Resort. Booked it on a whim for a solo trip to the Smoky Mountains and was delighted with the comfort of the room, the availability of an indoor pool/hot tub and breakfast area, and very friendly service from Trevor at the front desk. Highly recommend for a getaway, whether you're in Townsend for one night or a week!

Great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Trevor was super nice. Room was spacious. Beds very comfortable. Quiet and less crowded. The only thing not so great was the hot water in the bathroom was lukewarm at best. The morning staff said they would have maintence look i to it. Overall great stay.

We stay here often and the staff and facilities never disappoint. Per friendly rooms make it easy for us to slip away for a weekend in the Smokys. The only time that we stay anywhere else is when we rent a cabin with family.
