I loved the apartment and the fact that it has all the basics. Whenever we needed something, we easily got what we asked for. Services was fast and courteous. Location was great! You can’t go wrong choosing AvantStay!

Extremely comfortable stay at a very clean (looked n smelt new) modern apt with ALL the amenities u would need to feel that u r home, even a spot to park free in a covered garage, gym n pool. Perfect location to all attractions in Nashville (easy drive to downtown, no problem with parking) or walking to wonderful restaurants n a must see that's only about 6mins walk.. the Parthenon and centennial park. Enjoyed having the balcony to relax on in the evenings. Best place we stayed at in our many rentals for vacation... one that sets the bar 4 future rentals. We would 100% stay here again and if u r currently looking at this place, don't hesitate, this place is more than the description n pictures could ever describe... an awesome shower n an unbelievable sleep in a super comfy bed after a long day, can only be appreciated when u stay here. Also, Hosts were superb n quickly answered any questions we had. Only con...if u r a very light sleeper, place is near a hospital where u will hear the emergency vehicles, we only heard while we were awake, once we laid down in those beds.. nothing woke us except our alarms on phones!
