This place still smells brand new! We had a great stay and were very impressed overall. The location is excellent—right next to Universal! The rooms are incredibly spacious and come with a full kitchen and a huge refrigerator, which we honestly weren’t expecting and was a really nice surprise. Breakfast was included and was a great option, with a very complete selection. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also traveled with our small dog, and they accommodated him with no issues at all, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, great location, and STELLAR customer service. Loved that the property was clean and easy to navigate (Universal Epic was just 5 minutes away). Our room was spacious and comfy. Wow to the quality of the beds and pillows! Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of options. We didn't get to use the pool as it was quite chilly out, but it looked amazing! My husband left an important item in the closet. The hotel and Robert were able to retrieve it and help get it shipped back home to us. Great communication! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Thus hotel was so amazing! Especially after having a rough night on our travel day in with 2 adults and 5 kids...we had to find a new place to stay for the night. The staff were so welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful to us. The price was great and we got amazing rooms to finally relax in after a rough day. We will definitely be back to stay

5/5 Stars – Fantastic Stay! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean and fresh, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our trip. A major highlight was the breakfast—it was free and actually very high quality compared to standard hotel breakfasts. I also loved the thoughtful amenities, like the free water dispensers placed conveniently around the property. The location is unbeatable—super close to Universal Studios and just a few minutes from the airport. The only minor downside is having to pay a daily parking fee, but that’s pretty standard for most hotels in the area anyway. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be staying here again on future trips!

Everything was exceptionally clean, the shower was set up properly (the water control was at the other end of the shower instead of under the head and it was located where you enter the shower instead of having to get wet). The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed in convenient locations as well as a lot of towels and a hair dryer. We had all the amenities (good size fridge, microwave and freezer, dish washer, sink, dish soap, dishes/pots/pans/cups/glasses/utensils, safe, etc.). We didn't use most of these items but they are good to have when we return, which we will. This hotel is one you can stay in for weeks if needed and be perfectly comfortable. It was convenient to restaurants we wanted to visit too. Great pick, especially if you are on business.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. I especially want to acknowledge and give a special shout-out to the Front Desk Manager, Malik Johnson. His customer service was truly top-notch! He greeted us every day with a warm smile, was always helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Brand new hotel, excellent room, excellent location. The front desk forgot to tell us about breakfast, and we only learned the day we checked out. The bathroom door needs some WD-40 makes SO MUCH NOISE. But I will DEFINITELY be back.

Can’t say anything bad… brand new hotel in a great location close to epic universe and other universal parks. Super clean, accommodating, friendly staff. No complaints. Beautiful property.
