Roof top cottage was very clean, grounds was great. Our campfire ring needed weeds cut around it. Pool was broke but we were given free water park passes for our entire stay.

We had an amazing stay! It was my daughters birthday she got a wonderful surprise birthday gift from the resort which just made her day a bit more special! We had a super easy check-in process the staff was super kind and helpful! The delux cottage was perfect there was plenty of room! Everything was clean! We look forward to returning soon!

Overall we enjoyed our visit. The cottage with a rooftop balcony was modern inside. The shower was great! View was pretty cool. It’s close to good food options and nice little shops, like Sundial Books. Like all places, there are pros and cons. Some of the cons, the bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and the sink in the bathroom backed up quickly. Also, on the second day we had a small ant issue. Would recommend for couples and a family up to four people.

The first picture on the listing is Maui jacks which isn’t far, but it’s not at the property which is essentially the southern end of Chincoteague. With that said, even during busy Pony Penning week, traffic isn’t bad and Maui jacks is only 10 or so minutes away. Besides that no complaints with our glamping tent, our neighbors were kind of loud but that’s not a knock on the property. We will definitely be back.

The room was decently clean when we first stayed here in June, and we felt like we were staying in a five-star tent. Unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed with the cleanliness. The mattress had sand on it, and the shower was moldy. There were also food crumbs on the table and floor, and the area around the garbage can was greasy. Overall, the room was not nearly as clean as it was during our first stay, which was very disappointing.

The primary bedroom was very small but with the rooftop deck and the front porch it really wasn't an issue. The view of the sunset was incredible. The folks working at the "general store/check-in" were really nice. I love the rule of quiet after 10:00pm. We went the first week of June and it was really peaceful. We are booking for the same week next year!!!

My son and I enjoyed our stay. He especially enjoyed fishing and craving off the pier and dock. The cabin was comfortable and had some supplies for cooking, a coffee pot and soap. There were towels, sheets and comfortable pillows. Beware of the mosquitoes! Bring your bug spray! And I would recommend bringing a fan to help keep them away as well. The pool was mostly for young children, no deep end. And the photo showed a much larger pool area which was not on site. There was a lot to do around the area. And Maryann was very helpful in making suggestions for us. Although check in was slow, the staffs friendly demeanor helped out-way the wait.

Just one issue, I had to use our own blanket, bedsheets, and pillowcase because there was so much hair. So, I’m not sure if they changed them. But overall, it was a great vacation.
