⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay — clean, comfortable, and incredibly accommodating I really enjoyed my stay at the Times Square Center Hotel. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and the entire staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. Due to a canceled flight, I had to unexpectedly extend my stay, and the staff could not have been more accommodating or understanding during what could have been a stressful situation. That kindness truly made a difference. The continental breakfast was great, with a nice variety of options each morning. One of my favorite aspects of the hotel was the lobby and dining area — it felt spacious, relaxed, and never overly crowded. Compared to the neighboring Holiday Inn, it was noticeably calmer and more comfortable, which I really appreciated after long days in the city. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again on future trips to New York. Highly recommended.

Thank You so much for a great stay! I really enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was also so freindly and helpful. My flight was cancelled due to the snow storm and I was forced to extend my stay two nights but they were very helpful and accommodating. I also love their lobby and breakfast area as it wasn't super crowded. My room was very clean, warm and not noisy at all which was so nice. I'll be back soon! Thank You!

The hotel charged me, upon my arrival, on my debit card the amount of 860.08 dollars, even though I had paid for the entire stay through your website. As you understand they left me without money and I had to cancel a lot of activities I had planned. Even today, I have not received my money back.

The hotel has a good location, especially for travelers going on a cruise, as it is close to the cruise terminal. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. The rooms are extremely small and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard, with dirt, hair, and food remnants left in the room upon arrival. This created an unpleasant first impression and made the stay uncomfortable. The internet connection was very limited and practically unusable. When we raised this issue at the reception, we were told that “this is just how it is,” with no attempt to resolve the problem or offer any form of compensation. The level of service was therefore disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing stay, and unfortunately not a hotel I can recommend.

We used this hotel because it was walking distance from the Cruise Port in Manhattan. It was also close to a bus line and subway. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and Time Square was just a 10 minute walk. We spent a couple of days here and will be using it for our future cruises.

There is a lot of work going on outside but it’s temporary. Good location, rooms super small, beds uncomfortable, but the night clerk that checked us in at midnight was very pleasant.
