The hotel is meant for business travellers. I have stayed here for many times. This time (Dec 2024), the toiletries need to request from housekeeping and not in the hotel room. A bit inconvenient. At least the basic like shower cap and tooth brush have to be in room for guess to use

We were free upgrade to executive room. The room was very big with separate office table and sofa seaters. The toilet was huge with two basins. Location was not an issue for us as we had a private vehicle transfer.

免治馬桶壞了都沒修，每次使用都戰戰兢兢，因為噴頭會亂噴水或是收不回去。噴頭很髒也沒有好好清潔⋯ 浴室蓮蓬頭非常髒⋯都是發霉跟水垢黑黑黃黃的⋯過往出差來住的時候就有此問題，所以後來出差都轉往入住其他飯店，這次再度回訪以為會有改善⋯但情況依舊⋯ 比較好的是，戴森吹風機的濾網是乾淨的，少數遇到是乾淨的濾網。
